Carries out all the duties of the Chair in the Chair’s absence and shares the chairmanship of the SCC committee meetings. The VC supports the Chair in formulating policy and acts as a sounding board for the Chair and choir members. The VC takes responsibility for some projects thus freeing up the Chair to concentrate on other matters and act as a final arbiter in the event of a difference of opinions.
